This Isn't mine...but this obscure hard come by Jazz/Funk/Fusion LP
definitely deserves wider exposure.(Not that it will get it here!)
Don't see it out there in Blogland so thought I'd share....
This is a strong album by German band 'To Be'on the 'Brain' Label
from 1976.
Stand out tracks for me include the self explanatory 'Samba For
Heino R'....the Cool...'Is it Leibmans Song' (perhaps for Dave
Leibman?)& 'Tell The Truth' plus the Rhodes led Bossa beat of
'Glucklich'......loads o' Rhodes & Rhythm !

Peter Weihe, the guitarist formed afterwards a band called Kanguru who published two albums.interested?
No shit! __ it's in here, lossless files & stored in the best Mega.co there is... just perfect!
i have no idea how easy it was for these guys to find that stuff, maybe they were just trying something new aleatory.. but it was one hell of a task for me to find that particular release, i even signed-up & asked few people on some communities to re-Upload it but it was in vain (most links found were dead & ppl do not care x))... you think i'm kidding ; just go ahead a try a simple search with that syntax for instance "To be - To be 1976" & you'll see how "to be" was "spread" all over the world, to the point this album will be like the last of search Engine's Worries... i'm collecting the best of 70's & the late 60's Progressive rock releases & i'll tell you one thing people ; it's really a rare Jam nowadays so you'd better get & hold into it.. x)
Thank you very very much man for sparing me more searches & more pain, it's really an appreciated Share, i'll keep checking on this blog from time to time, if you need some good Progressive, Psychedelic, Krautrock releases (especially oldies...), any particular ones,.. i'll be very glad to return the favor ;)
